Step into a light-filled wonderland

Immerse yourself in a 6-acre wonderland of light installations at LuminoCity's winter event. A magical experience for all ages, the journey ventures through 3 magical and eclectic thematic spaces that will marvel you with everything from a radiant unicorn, to shining pandas, or even a captivating donut tunnel. Lumi, the magical lightbulb, will be there to guide you through this unforgettable experience.

What can I expect from LuminoCity?

You'll encounter the most exquisite light art sculptures, creating an immersive wonderland of lights. It's like stepping into a dream, crafting a fantastical realm within the real world. You'll share the most cherished holiday memories with family, enjoy the happiest reunions with friends, and open the doors to imagination for your children to roam freely in our wonderland!

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at The Montgomery County Agricultural Fair.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an outdoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 1-2 hours.

Is there air conditioning?

No, there won’t be air conditioning as the venue is an open space.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes, deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual and a walk-through experience.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

The main entrance is easy to reach and recognize. In addition, our staff will assist and guide you to your table when applicable.

Will there be strobe lights?

There will not be strobe lights.

Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase?

Yes, there will be food and beverages available for purchase.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Yes, there will be picnic tables with benches.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, restrooms are available on-site.

Are there vegan or gluten-free options available?

We are making efforts to diversify our vendor options, but it is still to be determined.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

You can arrive at any time within your time slot. For example, if your ticket is for 7 PM - 8 PM, you can enter at 7 PM or even at 7:59 PM. If you miss your time slot, you can still enter. We offer flexible timing and rescheduling options. Actually, arriving 15-30 minutes after the start time can be a good strategy to avoid the initial rush of people entering the venue. This way, you might find that the crowd has already started to disperse.

However, we highly recommend adhering to your time slot for the best experience for both you and all visitors. This ensures a smooth and uncrowded experience for everyone.

What happens if I arrive late?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket.

Can I bring animals?

Only service dogs are allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

No. All ages are welcome!

Is the venue ADA-compliant?

Yes, the venue is ADA-compliant.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available on-site.

What if the weather is bad?

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, and anything that may disturb the other patrons.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes. We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Is there a Military discount?

Currently, there is no Military discount, however, you can contact us if coming with a group.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for LuminoCity can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
